What is StrollerFit?
StrollerFit is a fitness program for moms of stroller-age children. Cardio, strength training and fun are combined to create effective and challenging exercise classes that will get results. We strive to help you and your little one(s) enjoy a lifetime of health and fitness.
What is Restore the Core?
Restore the Core is an awesome class that will help get rid of that dreaded low tummy pooch! This is a mat pilates based class that focuses on the abs, glutes, hamstrings and back. All fitness levels are welcome and childcare is available. Non-crawling infants are welcome in class!

I have been a member of SF since January of 2007, an instructor since July of 2007 and I am now the proud owner of The Woodlands franchise since August of 2008!! |

Channel 13 news will be interviewing and filming our class at Market Street Friday, October 3rd. Class starts at 9am. Please come out in your SF attire and show your support for StrollerFit! I will have extra t-shirts available to wear and you can keep them! It will be a blast!! Coffee and snacks will be served after class as a thank you for your support.
