We've got the class for you. Whether your baby is 3 months or 30 years old our new class will zap that core back into shape in no time, it's mat pilates for moms of all ages.
Classes are held at My Gym on Tuesday's at 1:00 pm. Sign up today for your FREE class.
Space is limited.
Can my baby or toddler come with me? Yes, they may share a mat with you if they are 6 weeks to crawling. Once they are crawling, babysitting is available Email victoria.patel@strollerfit.com to reserve your spot.
