Restore the Core is a mat pilates class for moms of all ages!! Bring a friend and get ready to work that core!! Ready to get rid of the low belly sag??? This is the class that will do it!!! This class is all about friends, fitness, and fun for Moms of all ages. If your child is non mobile then they can participate in your workout.

STROLLERFIT
What is strollerfit?
StrollerFit offers you and your baby a 50-minute stroller fitness workout! In a safe and interactive stroller fitness class, parents use strollers, resistance training and body weight to achieve muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. Children are entertained by songs, nursery rhymes, visual stimulation and activities.
What to expect?
Each 50 minute StrollerFit class is an ideal blend of resistance, stability and movement. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and regular attendance will lead to exciting fitness results.
What should I bring?
• Wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothing.
• Water
• Stroller
• Towel
• Toy or snack for your baby
• Sunscreen
Do I need to have a jogging stroller?
No. Any sturdy stroller will do. Umbrella strollers are the only strollers not recommended.
What if my baby cries?
We are all moms or caretakers; we know that babies do cry. You will soon discover that your baby is your workout partner, and we keep the babies moving and entertained. Your baby will love the class and the interaction between you.
How old should my child be?
6 weeks to approximately 4 years old is the best age for your children to attend class.
