You CAN get your body back! With StrollerFit® & mommymuscle®, it can be better than ever. We understand motherhood: the new priorities, the busy days and the need to snuggle that sweet baby! We keep in mind your special needs to make fitness attainable, convenient and fun for you.


On the calendar, to the left, click on an ORANGE block to see class location, time & directions.

First time Participants: Please arrive 10 minutes early to register for your FREE class.

Classes Held Rain or Shine at our Windward Mall Location!
If weather is ever questionable, always call (808) 262-6960 one hour before class for possible location change.

WHAT DO I BRING TO CLASS?
• Athletic shoes
• Water
• Sturdy Stroller (does not need to be a jogging stroller)
• mommymuscle Mat or towel
• Toy/snack for your child(ren)
• Sunscreen

WHAT AGE SHOULD MY CHILD BE?
All children from 6 weeks and up are welcome! Just remember your child will need to be able to stay in the stroller for a large portion of the class.

WHAT IF MY BABY CRIES DURING CLASS?
No problem-we've all been there. Instructors will try to keep the kiddos happy with games and songs but baby always comes first so feel free to stop and feed or tend to your baby. You can rejoin class when you're both ready again.

StrollerFit® offers you and your baby a 50minute stroller fitness workout! In a safe and interactive stroller fitness class, parents use strollers, resistance training and body weight to achieve muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. Children are entertained by songs, nursery rhymes, visual stimulation and activities. Come join my daughter, Andrea (2), and I for a fun and total body workout!
