How do I get started?
StrollerFit classes are ongoing, so you can join anytime - other classes are in sessions, so please contact us for information.
*Please arrive 10 minutes early to register for your class.
What do I bring to class?
• Water
• Sturdy Stroller (does not need to be a jogging stroller - for StrollerFit classes only)
• mommymuscle® Mat or towel
• Toy/snack for your child(ren)(StrollerFit classes only)
• Sunscreen
What age should my child be?
All children from 6 weeks and up are welcome! Just remember your child will need to be able to stay in the stroller for the majority of the class.
What if my baby cries during class?
No problem-we've all been there. Baby always comes first so feel free to stop and feed or tend to your baby. You can rejoin class when you're both ready again.
