StrollerFit is not just your typical fitness class, this is a community of moms in the same place in life as YOU! We are getting healthy while we bond with our baby and make great friends. We are building strong confident kids by building strong, confident MOMS!!
This is a 50 minute pilate style class that is designed specifically for moms. Restore the Core focuses on form and function, restoring the strength of the abdominal wall and pelvic floor by working all the muscles attached to the spine and hip. What that means for you is no more lower belly sag!! Whether your baby is 3 months or 30 years old you will love this class!
Child care available onsite for walkers.
