What is StrollerFit?
StrollerFit is a fitness program for moms of stroller-age children. Cardio, strength training and fun are combined to create effective and challenging exercise classes that will get results. We strive to help you and your little one(s) enjoy a lifetime of health and fitness.
What is Restore the Core?
Restore the Core is an awesome class that will help get rid of that dreaded low tummy pooch! This is a mat pilates based class that focuses on the abs, glutes, hamstrings and back. All fitness levels are welcome and childcare is available. Non-crawling infants are welcome in class!
