What to bring to class:
1. Wear cool clothing and sneakers
2. Water
3. Snacks for baby
4. Mat or towel
5. Sunscreen
If the weather is bad please call the strollerfit phone line to see if class has been moved to indoor location or cancelled. A message will be left on the line at 8:00am to notify you of changes.
If you have a gym membership somewhere else get an addtional 10% off class packages or EFT

Beth's passion is to work with moms of all ages reach their fitness goals and help educate our kids on the importance of fitness and nutrition. She teaches pre and postnatal fitness classes and Restore the Core classes all over the Sarasota area. Beth is also a sales cordinator with NSA...the makers of juice plus. STROLLERFIT SARASOTA celebrates its 3 years anniversary here in the area! YEH! Come out and see what your missing.
