WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
Please bring water for yourself and a snack and/or toy for your baby. Also, a blanket or towel for floor exercises.
WHAT IF MY BABY CRIES DURING CLASS?
No problem-we've all been there. Instructors will try to keep the little ones happy with games and songs but baby always comes first so feel free to stop and feed or tend to your baby. You can rejoin class when your both ready.
IS CLASS CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN?
Contact the instructor if it is raining. We will do our best to move the class indoors.
DO I NEED A SPECIAL STROLLER?
No, almost any stroller will work as long as it is not prone to tipping. We do not recommend "umbrella" strollers.

01/18/2010 - mommymuscle challenge Begins!
StrollerFit is launching an exciting new program called the mommymuscle challenge. The mommymuscle challenge is an eight week program giving moms a chance to witness measureable changes in their bodies! Throughout the eight weeks we will progress safely and effectively in a number of exercises focusing on cardiovascular fitness, core strength, agility, muscular strength, flexibility, and balance.
