WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO STROLLERFIT CLASS?
Please bring water for yourself and a snack and/or toy for your baby. Also, a blanket or towel for floor exercises.
WHAT IF MY BABY CRIES DURING CLASS?
No problem. We've all been there. Instructors will try to keep the little ones happy with games and songs but baby always comes first so feel free to stop and feed or tend to your baby. You can rejoin class when you're both ready.
DO I NEED A SPECIAL STROLLER?
No, almost any stroller will work as long as it is not prone to tipping. We do not recommend umbrella strollers.
• RESTORE THE CORE: This mat based class focuses on form in order to stabilize the muscles of the core. We will work on tightening all the muscles of the core, including the abdominal muscles, hamstrings, glutes, and thighs. We will pay particular attention to the transverse abdominus which is the deepest muscle in the abdomen and the key to tightening up the lower belly region that gets stretched during pregnancy. WHERE: Dunedin Community Center, 1920 Pinehurst Ave. Dunedin, FL.
COST: $45.00 w/Monthly (either location) StrollerFit enrollment. $67.50 for StrollerFit drop-in participants. $90 w/ Dunedin ID card or $135 no ID card. See Liz for StrollerFit member coupon. Also, you can purchase a 10, 15, 25 class pass and may be used for both StrollerFit and and restore the core!! Drop-In fee for restore the core is $15.00.
