Come join us anytime; we bet you and your baby will love it! Your first class is always FREE!! Each of our four fitness programs enables you to get a great total body workout in less than an hour while at the same time, you're bonding with your children and making new friends.

What is StrollerFit?
StrollerFit is a fitness program for moms of strollerage children. Cardio, strength training and fun are combined to create effective exercise classes. We strive to help you and your little one(s) enjoy a lifetime of health and fitness.

What is Restore the Core?A mat Pilates-style workout that will tighten up the mid-section in no time! Moves focus on form and function, restoring the strength of the abdominal wall and pelvic floor muscles post-pregnancy – no matter how long ago that pregnancy was. The result is a slimmer body with no low belly sag! And your infant can participate up to that mobile stage.

What is MommyMuscle Sculpt?An all levels strength training class using both resistance and weights to tone the whole body quickly. Perfect for pregnant moms, prenatal moms, moms with a baby in a front carrier, moms with older children and grandmas!

Babies in the front carrier during class will love moms movement, rocking, music and watching the other class participants.

How do I get started?
Just give us a heads up that you're coming by phone or email. Can't wait to meet you! Your first class is FREE.

What do I bring to my first FREE class?
-water
-snack/toy for your little ones
-Any stable stroller (strollerfit only)
- Front Carrier (mommymuscle sculpt only if you are bringing baby)

*Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class to sign in, we always start on time.

Where are classes held in winter?
Classes are available year round! StrollerFit classes are indoors during the Winter and outdoor at Elk Grove parks the rest of the year. Other class formats are indoors.

Can I bring 2 children?
Yes! Double strollers are welcome, encouraged and a common sight in StrollerFit classes. Childcare offered for other formats.

Will my toddler stay in the stroller?
Our classes are very interactive and we do our best to keep the children engaged & entertained. Your child just might surprise you!

What are Mommy Muscles?
These are the muscles moms use and abuse most during and after pregnancy. They are also at greatest risk of injury and chronic pain. You will learn all about the Mommy Muscle Method in your Strollerfit classes.

I'm not a mom, can I come?
Dads, grandparents and caregivers are more than welcome too! Each class is ALL LEVELS!

I'm pregnant can I participate now?
Absolutely! MommyMuscle sculpt and Restore the Core are perfect for preparing your body to deliver and recover. StrollerFit is great for moms with other children.

StrollerFit hosts a social group for all moms. We organize moms night out, playdates, family events and more! Members and non-members are welcome at all events so invite a friend!
