





StrollerFit® Classes for February 18
Description:
This is a 50 min. bootcamp style workout that you get to do with your children! Your childrencan be anywhere from 6 weeks to 5 years old! Double and triple strollers are more than welcome! We do a mix of cardio, strength training, core work and stretching! Come and try it out!

Mommymuscle sculpt with Babyweight is a 25 minute strength training class, much like group personal training! It begins with a warm-up then moves into strength training with or without resistance tubes, the mommymuscle bar, the mommymuscle mat, and the fit-n-fun balls. Participants will move through a series of standing exercises that will work the upper and lower body muscle groups, then move to the floor for a few more strength training moves.

This class is designed for those who have taken at least an 8 week session of regular Restore the Core. We add the weighted mommymuscle bar to some of the exercises and fatigue out certain body parts!
