Pace yourself - or go the limit! For all fitness levels, Strollerfit is a safe and interactive environment, offering you and your baby a 50 minute workout! In a safe and interactive stroller-fitness class, parents use strollers, resistance training and body weight to achieve muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. Children are entertained by songs,nursery rhymes, visual stimulation and activities. All types of strollers, and all ages are welcome. Umbrella strollers are not recommended. Your First Class: Bring your stroller and water to class. That's all you need! Please arrive 15 min early to sign in.

Loose the low belly sag! Join us for a class that focuses on core mommy-muscles.
A 50 minute class performed with or without a child. To restore a woman's strength in the abdominal wall and pelvic floor, alleviating the postural changes that take place during pregnancy thus allowing her body to resist the fatigue that motherhood presents as well as returning the body back to a pre-pregnancy state.
