Description:
Pace yourself, or go the limit in this amazing pre and postnatal workout! Burn calories, improve cardiovascular and mommymuscle strength while your little one(s) have fun too.
StrollerFit offers you and your baby a 50-minute stroller fitness workout! In a safe and interactive stroller fitness class, parents use strollers, resistance training and body weight to achieve muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. Children are entertained by songs, nursery rhymes, visual stimulation and activities.
Your First Class:
-Bring your stroller, mat or towel, snack for baby, sunblock and water to class.
-Please arrive 15 min early to sign in.
-Workout for all levels and ages, no experience required

Classes will be held outdoors unless the forecast is below 50 degrees or raining.

It’s a 50-minute mat Pilates-style workout that will tighten up the mid-section in no time! Moves focus on form and function, restoring the strength of the abdominal wall and pelvic floor muscles post-pregnancy – no matter how long ago that pregnancy was. The result is a slimmer body with no low belly sag! Babies are welcome in class from 0 to crawling.
