The mommymuscle® challenge is an 8 week challenge structured to deliver
MEASUREABLE CHANGE.
Each participating franchise will measure and progress and re-measure all of the following:
Aerobic Fitness, Core Strength, Flexibilty, Agility, Muscular Strength
Instructors will then lead 8 weeks of classes designed to IMPROVE your ability in each of the areas measured. We're ready to welcome & challenge moms whose children are newborns OR adults!
At the end of the 8 weeks, we re-measure an you get to see firsthand just how FIT & FABULOUS you are!
Program begins January 18th.

Classes will be held indoors until Spring rolls around with warmer weather. Monday's join us in the Wackford Community Center gym. Wednesday's, Friday's and Saturday's California Family Fitness welcomes our class into their basketball gym. On your first visit please bring your ID to show at the front desk.

We do fitness testing every few months so that you can see your progress in strength and cardiovascular fitness without the scale!

Run, walk or stroll in the 5th annual Nutrition Fuels Fitness 5K, 10K and kids run. The kids can run in the 1/4 or 1/2 mile runs, then join the Stroller Start at the beginning of the 5K.

It’s a 50-minute mat Pilates-style workout that will tighten up the mid-section in no time! Moves focus on form and function, restoring the strength of the abdominal wall and pelvic floor muscles post-pregnancy – no matter how long ago that pregnancy was. The result is a slimmer body with no low belly sag!
Tuesday Afternoon Class:
