NOW OFFERING StrollerFit in Stoneybrook West on Fridays!!!!
STROLLERFIT CLASS SCHEDULE (click on calendar date for specific details of location):
MW&F 9:30 am Shadow Bay Park - meet at basketball courts in the back of the park
Fri 9:00 am Stoneybrook West - meet at the Town Center
What to bring to class:
1. Wear cool clothing and sneakers
2. Water, water, water!!!
3. Snacks for baby/toddler
4. StrollerFit mommymuscle mat
5. Sunscreen
If weather is inclement, please call 407-259-1908 to see if class has been cancelled. We are currently in search of an inside location for inclement weather days.
WHAT IF MY BABY/TODDLER CRIES DURING CLASS?
No problem-we've all been there. Instructors will try to keep the little ones happy with games and songs but baby/toddler always comes first so feel free to stop and feed or tend to your baby. You can rejoin class when your both ready.
DO I NEED A SPECIAL STROLLER?
No, almost any stroller will work as long as it is not prone to tipping. We do not recommend "umbrella" strollers.
