Pregnant? Feeling a little of out shape? NO PROBLEM! StrollerFit is designed for ALL fitness levels. Staying fit and healthy is the BEST thing you can do for yourself AND your baby.
FAQS- What do I bring?
Any sturdy stroller will do. Water for yourself and snacks and a toy for your baby. A yoga mat or beach towel.
What should I expect?
A 5-7 minute warm-up, followed by a cardio portion (your baby will love this!) Next, we will do some strength training. We use resista-bands, tubes, music, all this while keeping your baby stimulated. The last part of the exercise is for the Core Muscles and this will be done on the floor and the babies will be able to get out of their strollers and socialize.
What are the ages of the babies?
Your baby can be as young as 6 weeks (Postpartum chk-up/Dr. approval required) and up to 4 years old.
This is such a beautiful experience between you and your baby and a great way to make new friends.
