StrollerFit FAQ's
DO I NEED A SPECIAL STROLLER?
No, almost any stroller will work as long as it is not prone to tipping. We do not recommend "umbrella" strollers.
WHAT AGE SHOULD MY CHILD BE?
All children from 6 weeks and up are welcome. My nearly 3 year old still comes to class with me and loves it!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
Please bring water for yourself and a snack and/or toy for your baby. Also, a mat or towel is helpful for floor exercises.
WHAT IF MY BABY CRIES DURING CLASS?
No problem-we've all been there. Instructors will try to keep the kiddos happy with games and songs but baby always comes first so feel free to stop and feed or tend to your baby. You can rejoin class when your both ready again.
IS CLASS CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER?
I will send out an e-mail, post a message on the 'Announcements' board on our website and change my outgoing phone message if class is cancelled.
