FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
DO I NEED A SPECIAL STROLLER? Nope! Just make sure the stroller is sturdy
DOES MY BABY NEED TO BE A CERTAIN AGE? Your baby should be at least 6 weeks old and you should have been cleared by your doctor to start/return to physical activity. (This usually occurs when you go for your 6 week post-partum visit).
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Each 50 minute StrollerFit® class is a blend of resistance, stability and movement. Instructors lead you through cardio and strength segments that can be modified for all fitness levels, to help you acheive your personal fitness goals!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothing. Bring water, a stroller, a towel or Mommy Muscleâ„¢ Kit (available on StrollerFit.com), and a toy or snack for your baby. We'll take care of the rest!
WHAT IF MY BABY CRIES DURING CLASS?
I don't know a mom who hasn't been in this situation. The instructors do their best to interact with the babies and keep them entertained. In the event that your little one needs you, do what you need to do. You can rejoin the class for other segments.
