StollerFit is the perfect way to get in shape and make new friends--all with your child by your side. Whether you have a baby, toddler, or preschooler, this 50-minute cardio and strength workout will have you showing off your mommymuscles in no time!
FAQ's
DO I NEED A SPECIAL STROLLER?
No, almost any stroller will work as long as it is not prone to tipping. We do not recommend "umbrella" strollers.
WHAT AGE SHOULD MY CHILD BE?
All children from 6 weeks and up are welcome.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
-water
-athletic shoes
-snack/toy for baby
-mat or towel
-Positive attitude to have a good time!
WHAT IF MY BABY CRIES DURING CLASS?
No problem-we've all been there. Instructors will try to keep the kiddos happy with games and songs, but baby always comes first so feel free to stop and feed or tend to your baby. You can rejoin class when you're both ready again.
IS CLASS CANCELLED DUE TO SNOW/RAIN?
Please check the website and/or call the hotline (303-246-4128) up to one-hour prior to class for information whether class is cancelled or moved indoors.
SNOW: During the winter, StrollerFit will follow the decision of the Douglas County public school system. If schools are closed or delayed one hour, class is cancelled. RAIN: We do have access to indoor locations in most situations, and exercise is a great reason to get out of the house on a lousy day!

FALL FESTIVAL THIS WEEKEND, SATURDAY 10/25 AT MR. BIGGS
Come have fun this Saturday at the FREE trick-or-treat event at Mr. Biggs (formerly Fat City--located at the corner of Coal Mine & Kipling). The event is from 11-4, there will be a costume contest and TONS of fun stuff for the kids. This place is awesome. I know it's not exactly closely located to Castle Rock/Parker, but it is definitely worth the drive---what a fun place! Hope to see you there!
